VALEDICTORIAN AND SALUTATORIAN NAMED AT CENTRAL HOLMES CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
Central Holmes Christian School is proud to announce the Valedictorian and Salutatorian for the Class of 2026. Hallie Jean Fa
ncher has been named Valedictorian, and Cooper Wayne Logan has been named Salutatorian. Both students exemplify academic excellence, leadership, and a commitment to their school and community.
Hallie Fancher has distinguished herself through her dedication to academic success and involvement in school life. She has earned the honor of Valedictorian by maintaining a 4.0 grade point average and achieving the highest overall average in the senior class.
Following graduation, Hallie plans to attend Holmes Community College to pursue a degree in Pre-Dentistry. Throughout her time at CHCS, she has completed advanced college preparatory coursework as well as dual credit courses, demonstrating both initiative and discipline in her studies. Hallie has been an active member of the CHCS Honor Society, serving as President during the 2025–2026 school year. She has also served as Student Body President and Class President for the Class of 2026. In addition, she was recognized as the 2026 STAR Student and participated in varsity basketball and cheer. Hallie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Fancher. Hallie is the granddaughter of Doug and Jean Aldridge of West, and Jerry and Judy Fancher of Brandon, MS.
Cooper Wayne Logan has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in both academics and extracurricular activities. He has earned the distinction of Salutatorian with a 4.0 grade point average and ranking second in overall cumulative average in the senior class.
After graduation, Cooper plans to attend Holmes Community College to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering. During his time at CHCS, he has successfully completed rigorous college preparatory and dual credit coursework while remaining actively involved in school organizations and athletics. Cooper is a member of the Honor Society and Student Council and has participated in varsity basketball, football, and baseball. His dedication, work ethic, and leadership have prepared him well for future success. Cooper is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Chad Logan. Cooper is the grandson of the late James and Mary Franklin of Tchula, and Harold and Janette Wiggins of Carthage.
Central Holmes Christian School will hold its 2026 Commencement Ceremony on Monday, May 4, at 7:00 p.m. in the Berman Gymnasium on the CHCS campus.
