Meaghan Garnett
Meaghan Garnett is the daughter of David and Tamika Garnett and has one sibling.
Born and raised in Tchula, Mississippi, Meaghan was strongly influenced by the love and support of
important family members, especially her aunt, grandmother, sister, and older cousins who helped shape her values and character. She is a hardworking and determined young leader who
has overcome many challenges while continuing to pursue success. Their encouragement taught her the importance of perseverance, faith, and staying focused on her dreams. Throughout her life, Meaghan has faced difficult experiences, including the passing of loved ones, challenging teachers and challenging classes. Instead of allowing those hardships to stop her, she used them as motivation to grow stronger and prove her abilities. Her determination and resilience continue to inspire the people around her.
Meaghan has a passion for cooking and enjoys expressing creativity through food. She is also deeply involved in music and leadership and serves as the choir manager for the Holmes
County Central Choir.
Her dedication and leadership skills have earned her respect from both students and teachers. One of her proudest memories was being crowned Miss Holmes County Central, an achievement that reflected her confidence, school spirit, and positive impact on her
community.
Looking toward the future, Meaghan hopes to attend law school and build a successful
career in the legal field. With her strong work ethic, leadership abilities, and determination to
overcome obstacles, she is preparing herself for a bright future. Her story is one of resilience,
ambition, and the power of believing in yourself no matter the circumstances.
Kayleigh Redmond
Kayleigh Redmond is the daughter of Keyonna and Eric Redmond and has seven
siblings. She is the granddaughter of Viola and Ricky Gladney of Tchula, MS and Annett and Herman Williams of Lexington, MS.
Throughout Kayleigh’s high school career, she remained committed to her academics, maintaining above a 4.0 grade average whilst taking rigorous courses. Because Kayleigh takes education very seriously, she has taken several advanced placement courses and currently has 18 college credits through dual enrollment at Mississippi Valley State University.
She is a member of the Beta Club and Technology Student Association. She is also a member of New Jerusalem Church of God in Christ in Mileston, MS, where she was a member
of the choir and praise team.
Following graduation, Kayleigh plans to attend Northwest Community College to major in Accounting. As she furthers her education, she carries with her
not only knowledge, but a deep gratitude for this journey. She is excited for the future and is
committed to making a positive impact.
Jordan McNeil
Jordon McNeil is the daughter of Rebecca Redmond and Gregory McNeil, has one sibling, and currently resides in Mileston, MS.
At 18 years old, Jordon McNeil has already shown what dedication, leadership, and perseverance can accomplish. Jordon has balanced academics, extracurricular activities, and personal growth while leaving a positive impact on those around her.
Throughout high school, Jordon has been deeply involved in choir, track, and powerlifting. Each activity helped shape her character in different ways.
This year, Jordan proudly served as Miss Choir, which strengthened her confidence and developed strong
teamwork skills. Through track, she learned discipline, endurance, and the determination to push herself beyond limits. Powerlifting pushed her to develop both physical and mental strength, showing her the importance of consistency and hard work even when challenges arise.
Academically, Jordon has maintained an impressive record and believes success comes not only from intelligence, but from effort, time management, and the willingness to continue
improving. Her achievements reflect countless hours of studying, preparation, and commitment to her goals.
One of the most important influences in Jordon’s life has been her mother, whose
encouragement and support motivated her throughout her journey. Her guidance helped Jordon remain focused during difficult moments and inspired her to strive for excellence in everything she pursued. As she prepares to graduate and begin the next chapter of her life, Jordon hopes to continue growing personally and professionally while inspiring others to work hard for their dreams. Her high school journey stands as proof that determination, balance and support from
loved ones can lead to meaningful success.
De’Arerianna Sims
De’Arerianna Sims is the daughter of Jaunita Barnes and Fitzgerald Sims and has two siblings. She has spent her entire life in Holmes County, Mississippi, where he has built a strong reputation for academic excellence, leadership, and dedication.
Throughout her high school years, De’Arerianna has been actively involved in Beta Club, an experience that helped strengthen her leadership abilities, responsibility, and personal growth. She also served as an Athletic Trainer for the Holmes County Jags football team, where she
gained valuable hands-on experience and learned important lessons about teamwork, patience, and organization.
One of De’Arerianna’s proudest achievements is maintaining an impressive GPA. Her
academic success reflects her strong work ethic and determination to always give her best effort in everything she does. She also enjoys spending time on social media and studying for
upcoming exams to stay prepared for her future goals.
After graduation, De’Arerianna plans to attend Northwest Mississippi Community College, where she hopes to pursue a career as an athletic trainer or physical therapist. With her
dedication, positive mindset, and passion for helping others, she looks forward to continuing her
growth as a successful individual with a bright future ahead.
