David Allen Byrd, 57, passed away Saturday, June 8th, he had worked at Hyway 55 and Seventeen BP until he had to retire due to illness.
Visitation was held Tuesday, June 11, from the Mortimer-Southern Funeral Home in Lexington, Mississippi and funeral services from the chapel of Mortimer-Southern Funeral Home at 11:00 am Wednesday the 12th with burial in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Allen is survived by two sisters, Judy (Monk) Broyles of Durant, MS and Jo Ann Robinson of Millinton, FL; a niece Laura Stafford; and a nephew Tanner Robinson.
He is also survived by a special uncle and his wife, Eli and Tanda Saxton of Lexington, MS.
