Ms. Teresa Phillips, 45, of Sallis, MS passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 of natural causes at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Long Creek School in Sallis with burial in New Center Ridge Cemetery in Sallis. Winters Funeral Home in Kosciusko was in charge of arrangements.
