Irene McDonald Wade

Irene McDonald Wade, 99, died July 13, 2016 at the Greenwood Leflore Hospital in Greenwood. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Friday, July 15 at First Baptist Church in Tchula.
Visitation was at 1 p.m. also at the church on Friday, July 15. Burial was in Pinecrest Cemetery in Tchula. Pallbearers were Royce McDonald, Billy McDonald, Fred Walker, Gram Hopkins, Donnie Thomas, Allen Watkins, Ronnie Moore and Howard Moore, Jr.
Rev. Larry Edwards, Rev. Freddie Matthews and Rev. Al Different conducted the service. Southern Funeral Home handled arrangements.
Mrs. Wade was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Tchula.
Survivors are son Charlie Mac Wade of Tchula; brother Sam McDonald of Mendenhall; sister Billie McDonald Tedder of Memphis, Tennessee; and grandchildren, Natalie Wade of Memphis, Tennessee; Wade Miles of Portland, Oregon; and Lauren Miles of Tacoma, Washington.
Mrs. Wade was preceded in death by her husband Charley C. Wade; mother Annie Sue Loftin McDonald; father Willie Cleveland McDonald; brothers, Roy McDonald, George McDonald, and J.C. (Sonny)McDonald; sisters, Wardine McDonald Tindoll and Bobbie McDonald Moore; daughter Brenda Sue Wade Miles and grandson Eric Wade.
