Otha Lee Martin, 66, of West, MS passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2016 of natural causes at Merit Health Hospital in Clarksdale, MS. Funeral services were held on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at New Smith M.B. Church in Rome, MS with burial in Community Cemetery in Sumner, MS.
